The Dahua DH-SD49225DB-HNY is a professional 2MP 25× Starlight IR Network PTZ Camera designed to provide detailed surveillance across large areas. Its 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor delivers 1920 × 1080 Full HD video, while Dahua Starlight technology provides improved image performance in very low-light conditions.

The camera features a 4.8–120 mm motorized lens with 25× optical zoom, allowing operators to move from wide-area views to close-up monitoring of distant subjects. It supports 360° endless pan and a –15° to +90° tilt range with automatic flip, along with up to 300 programmable presets for precise camera positioning.

For night surveillance, the camera incorporates IR illumination up to 100 metres, enabling monitoring of large outdoor areas even in darkness. It also supports WDR, 2D/3D noise reduction, electronic image stabilization, defog, and Smart H.265+ compression for efficient video transmission and storage.

The camera incorporates intelligent surveillance features including human and vehicle classification, SMD, perimeter protection, face detection, and Auto Patrol. Auto Patrol can automatically direct the PTZ camera toward detected targets and follow configured patrol positions.

The DH-SD49225DB-HNY supports PoE+ (802.3at) or 12V DC power, ONVIF interoperability, Micro SD storage up to 512GB, and network management through Dahua platforms. Its IP66 protection, 6,000V lightning protection, surge protection, and voltage transient protection make it suitable for outdoor installations.
