GNT-2910AB Genata Optical Fiber Module
GNT-2910AB Genata Fiber Optical Module or SFP Optical fiber module is a high performance, cost-effective module that features a duplex SC optic interface. Standard AC coupled CML for high speed signal and LVTTL and monitor signals. The receiver section uses a PIN receiver and transmitter. The signal uses a 1310 nm FP laser, up to 14dB link budge, giving this module a 1000 base Ethernet 3km application.
This SFP Optical Module is a hot-pluggable network interface module used for both telecommunication and data communications applications. An electrical interface on the side that connects to the inside of the system and an optical interface on the other side that connects to the various devices through a fiber optic cable.
This optical fiber module also functions as a photoelectric converter that converts the electrical signal into light and vice versa.
